It is another argentine independence holiday but i want to let you know i am doing great! This week the prayers from you guys and so many others have been answered! Ive been praying to have one of our investigators to come to church! Her name is micaela and she is 22 years old. She has been with a boyfriend for like 5 years but now she says she wants to change and to better her life! So weve been teaching her and she has been reading the book of mormon, and praying but her coming to church has been a problem because she likes to go out dancing at the boliches, but saturday nat we committed her to come, and we went by in the morning to pick her up and she was ready! She says she felt like she shouldnt go out that night, and instead stayed home so she could be ready for church, we went to churhc and it was so great! One of the hermanas in the ward befriended her immediately and showed her around the classes and everything and even invited her to come over for mate! I am so grateful that she was able to feel the spirit in the lords house and to have the help of the other members! This week i have been focusing a lot on resilience, and how as missionaries we have to learn to bounce back, even when things go wrong we have to be able to get back on our feet and dust ourselves off, and i realized that the key to resilience is humility. We must recognize the things that we need to work on, but also we must trust in the atonement of jesus christ that through his strength we can become better. i love the scipture in mormon chapter 9 Condemn me not because of mine imperfection, neither my father, because of his imperfection, neither them who have written before him; but rather give thanks unto God that he hath made manifest unto you our imperfections, that ye may learn to be more wise than we have been.
Con Mucho Amor,
